MEASURING TIPS

You can easily measure the lens width at home in two simple steps, all you need is measuring tape.

STEP 1. USE A MEASURING TAPE

Place the measuring tape between your eyes and measure the bridge width. From either side of this, measure the lens width.

STEP 2. MEASURE YOUR SIZE

Try the different lens measurements and make a note of the one you think is right for you.

WHAT IS A LENS, BRIDGE, FRAME AND TEMPLE?

1) LENS

The lens measurement is the width of the lens, measured from the bridge.

2) BRIDGE

The bridge measurement is the distance between the lenses.

3) FRAME

The frame measurement is the width of the front, from temple to temple

4) TEMPLE

The temple length is the measurement of the 'arms' of the frame.

HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE

Some glasses have the size measurement printed on the inside of the temples. This usually consists of three numbers. Our glasses for example, have 60-12-140 (lens-bridge-temple), but sometimes other brands only print the first two. If you already wear glasses, we recommend you use them as a size reference.
